InstaEvents LLC is a, local, small business out of Bedford, NH. Our customers always receive VIP treatment. We are invested in keeping our customers happy, and providing Party rental items that are affordable that complete your next special event!
We offer many items to make your event perfect!
We offer tables, chairs, wedding arches, concessions and more! We will be adding new items frequently, so be sure to check back often! Take a look at our inventory and contact us today to book that special touch to your next event!
OUR PROCESS
How It Works
STEP 1
Browse our rental inventory to find the perfect items for your party.
STEP 2
Add items to your cart and choose your event date. Then click "Get Quote".
STEP 3
A member from our team will be in contact with you within 24 hours. If Items are available, we will send you a contract and invoice with a payment link. A 25% deposit, and a signed contract is required to hold items for desired date. Final Payment is required one week before delivery/pick up date. A minimum of $150.00 in rental items is required for delivery. Tents and Inflatables require delivery and set up. A delivery fee will be included in quote. Set up charges are included in tent and inflatables rental fee.
